Q: How soon after completion
of your online application am I notified?
A: Within two (2) to seven (7) business days, whether you are qualified
or not.
Q: After creating my password
at an Allied office, how soon am I able to login in to
Allied’s website?
A: Next day
Q: Why do I have to go to an
Allied office to get an Allied eOffice login?
A: With this login you will have access to all your personnel information
including payroll information. For your privacy and protection, we require
a photo id confirmation before issuing logins.
Q: What do I do if I don’t
have an email address?
A: We suggest using your phone number @alliedstaffing.com.
For example, 9132537000@alliedstaffing.com
Q: May I change my address
over the phone?
A: No, You may submit a change via your Allied eOffice login, visit an
Allied office with photo ID or submit a written request with a photocopy
of your driver’s license and signature.
Q: May I change my W-4 over
the phone?
A: No. You may print the form from your Allied eOffice login, however
a signature is required on this document so it must be turned it at an
Allied office. You may also submit a written request with a photocopy
of your driver’s license and signature.
Q: What if my login does not
work?
A: Contact webmaster@alliedstaffing.com via email. A forgotten password
can be e-mailed to you via the lost password link.
Q: May I register for another
division, for instance, both Office and Light Industrial
work?
A: If you have experience, yes. Apply once with Allied Staffing and ask
your recruiter to note your file. You must complete required testing for
each division you are interested in.
Q: How long do I have to complete
your online testing?
A: Ten (10) days
Q: What is the Federal I-9
form and what IDs are required?

Q: How do I check-in for work
and how often?
A: Online, you may “check” days and times available by selecting
on the
“Availability Entry” tab or call our staffing office at (913)
428-2525 weekly.
Q: When do I get my
first paycheck?
A: You are paid on the Friday following the week worked via direct deposit
or
Moneycard; holidays are an exception and you will be notified if there
is a change in paydates.
